Room Rentals
Auditorium – sits about 135 at tables and chairs (i.e for banquet) or 225 – theatre style: fully equipped with modern sound system, standing and hands-free microphones, drop screen for viewing.
Room 205 – sits about 30 in classroom style or 40 theatre style; with white and cork boards. Room size 22’x30’ or 660 sq. ft.
Room 215 – sits approximately 15 in boardroom style; bright with windows facing south, functional with white and cork boards. Room size 12’3”x23’ or 276 sq. ft.
Break-out rooms – we have a number of smaller rooms on the second floor that are often used for smaller meetings or break-out space. These rooms hold between 4 – 12 people and can be rented on an hourly basis.

Kitchen – large commercial fully fitted kitchen available at extra cost with necessary permit.

Extra cleaning procedures may be required to minimize the effects of COVID-19. If required, these costs will be added to the above room rental rates. We will inform you of current cleaning costs at time of booking.
Description of times:
- Full day is approximately 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Half day is approximately 8 a.m. – noon; or noon to 5 p.m.
- Evening is approximately 5 p.m. – 11 p.m.
- “Overnight storage” means ability to store materials in the rented room overnight. This rate is less than charge for full day plus evening, and confirms no other group will use the room between your sessions.
- If renters have other preferred times, please inform the Office Administrator and your request will be considered.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
Reduced rates may be considered for multiple bookings/weekly users.
No refunds are available.
